An international renewable energy fund had acquired a local asset management company, as part of a wider acquisition. Before divestment, it planned to make this company a leading independent service provider for European renewable projects. To support this, we carried out a review of review of asset management capabilities and developed a pathway to become a competitive and scalable business.
