Organised by the Bretagne and Pays de la Loire Régions, the second edition of the annual FWP Atlantic Forum will take place from October 2 to 4 2017.

The final day includes a site visit to Bretagne.

Western France has a great combination of industrial capabilities, key geographical resources, scientific and technical expertise as well as political backing to successfully grow and expand the nascent floating wind industry. France’s first floating turbine due to be installed off its coast in the coming weeks.

The FWP Atlantic has been designed as an immersive experience to give first-hand knowledge and insight of the real issues affecting floating wind. Names like GE, STX and SEM-REV Floatgen will be organising technical and interactive workshops, offering the chance to connect with industry experts and discuss how to unlock innovation and address the technology challenges ahead.

This event is a top-level floating wind forum organised by the industry, for the industry.
