Favour Onyenma and Eleanor Young have joined the BVGA team as Senior Consultants
Favour Onyenma is a result-oriented professional, with good knowledge and understanding of low carbon energy sectors. Through her career, Favour has built technical, commercial and strategy development experience in the manufacturing and renewable energy sector. She provides close support to other members of the team through delivering projects to clients, including market/competitor analysis, developing strategic insight and client engagement. This involves engaging with industry to gain insight into projects, technology and market trends and in addition to carrying out desk-based research into the technology, market and supply chain of the offshore wind industry. Her experience spans technical and commercial due diligence, data analysis and strategy reporting feeding into core strategy development for low carbon technology deployment and businesses. She is passionate about helping renewable technologies grow and the helping the energy sector attract the best people.
Eleanor Young is an Economics graduate, with a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Strathclyde. With a background in economic development, Eleanor has a drive to make a lasting, and positive difference in accelerating the energy transition. She is well practised in policy development and appraisal, having provided strategic recommendations on a number of energy transition related opportunities and challenges. This includes on initiatives related to local content, supply chain development, and community benefit proposals. She has a strong understanding of the strategic landscape surrounding renewable energy, specifically onshore and offshore wind, and its associated grid infrastructure. She provides close support to other members of the team through delivering projects to clients, including research, analysis, client engagement and developing output. This involves engaging with industry to gain insight into projects, technology, current trends and thinking as well as carrying our desk-based research into the technology, market and supply chain of the offshore wind industry.
