Our Associate Director, Giles Hundleby, has written a co-op piece for Recharge entitled ‘UK’s plans are a recipe for offshore wind through the 2020s’. It it he explains the possible implications for the offshore wind industry in the UK of the recent announcement that the UK Government intends to hold CfD auctions for offshore wind approximately every two years. Although the total funding remains the same, Giles explains that this will have potentially wide ranging and positive impact on the industry development throughout the 2020s.
