Alex is part of our auctions and economics team and leads development of our market intelligence tool. She has a background in computer and data science, graduating with a Masters in computing science from the University of Strathclyde in 2019 with Distinction. She brings her data skills to projects at BVGA, inputting expertise on data handling, analytics, modelling and visualisation. Clients benefit from Alex’s attention to detail and analytical mind.

She drives BVGA’s market intelligence and insight work. This involves enhancing our in-house data with a wide range of data from different sources. As an experienced data scientist, she always processes data respecting client confidentiality and relevant data regulations. Her interpersonal skills make her adept at engaging with industry to gather insight.

She supports project delivery by turning data into insight for clients. She presents results from complex analysis in a clear and actionable way.

Alex applies her data expertise and experience to ensure BVGA and their clients get the best insight from data. She gathers, harmonises, validates and integrates data from a wide range of data sets from different sources.
