Clare leads BVG Associates’ activities on market data analysis and forecasting, as well as providing strong insight into the challenges associated with project development and consenting. Clare has an MSc in Marine Renewable Energy.

Clare delivers input into a wide range of client projects through focused research into the technology, market and supply chain of the wind and marine renewable energy industries. She can help you understand the size of your potential market, and identify your key potential suppliers and who is likely to win business from developers’ projects. Clare recently worked on a European offshore substation demand study to 2025 for a key supplier.

Clare also specialises in delivering content for supply chain plans of UK developers and Tier 1 suppliers, including quantitative analysis into the levels of UK content and industry workshop facilitation. She can support you to write your supply chain plan by combining her organisational skills and using helpful tools developed by BVGA to specifically track the numerous commitments and evidences that are required for a strong plan submission to BEIS. Clare recently worked on a supply chain plan for a key European developer.

Clare has project managed and delivered several events for up to 50 attendees. Her preparation and delivery allow you to easily digest the information presented, whether it is to help you gain an overview of offshore wind or to develop a deeper understanding on a more focused topic. Clare recently delivered an interactive ‘Introduction to offshore wind’ event for a public funding body.

Clare joined BVG Associates in January 2014, direct from Innogy where she worked as a Graduate Offshore Developer on the Atlantic Array offshore wind farm project. She spent a year working within the development team engaging with key stakeholders and delivering the multiple document streams towards consent. She can help you to understand the consenting process in the UK and the challenges that developers of nationally significant infrastructures face during this time.
