Lee Wilkinson joined BVGA in November 2019 as a Senior Consultant. He has extensive experience in the energy industry. He has provided expert engineering and consultancy services to a wide variety of clients in the UK and globally.
At BVGA, he manages and delivers strategic advisory services across our areas of expertise. This includes advising clients in business strategy, industry economics and technology.
Lee has a drive for advancing technology and engineering solutions. Throughout his career, he has acquired a range of technical and commercial skills. He delivers diligent, innovative, and creative solutions to clients’ toughest problems. He is a team player that seeks out responsibility, leadership and opportunities to transform clients’ businesses. He can draw on extensive engineering knowledge and commercial acumen to deliver systems, projects, and strategic relationships.
He has experience in a range of generation types including wind, solar, hydrogen, batteries, CHP and district heating. He is passionate about helping to solve the energy and resource challenges presented by climate change.
Lee has a BSc (hons) from the University of York. He is currently completing a distance learning MSc in Renewable Energy Development from Heriot Watt University. He is also a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET). Normally, Lee is based in our Glasgow office. He also spends considerable amount of time away from the office with clients and conferences.
