Quality Coordinator and Office Administrator
Louise Crossley joined BVG Associates as Quality Manager and Office Administrator in March 2016. She is based in our Cricklade office but has responsibilities across the whole of BVGA
In that role she helps make sure that you’ll find it as easy as possible to do business with BVGA and that the team are able to focus on your needs rather than internal administration.
Louise has responsibility for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management system within BVGA to facilitate smoother administration systems for the whole company and for working towards gaining ISO9001 accreditation. Our work in getting ISO9001 accreditation demonstrates our commitment to quality and our drive to improve efficiency to deliver an even better service to our clients. She has completed BSI Training to the current level of ISO9001:2015.
She also provides support to the Associates by organising engagement and diary management as well as supporting the accounts, marketing, travel and facilities function. Louise has over 26 years experience in project management implementing new systems and processes across the administration sector for both the private and public sector providers and has provided travel and facilities and customer service support to the innovation sectors in her previous roles.
