Phil Beale joined BVGA in August 2021 as Senior Business Development Consultant.

Phil is a highly experienced business development professional and consultant, qualified in the earth sciences and based out of our Cricklade office in Wiltshire, UK. He supports the team in implementing our business development strategy and identifies and manages global business development opportunities. His experience and approach allows him to develop and nurture interactive and impactful relationships with existing and prospective clients and identify how we can add value and support their business ambitions.

Phil has an Honours Degree from the University of Nottingham and a Professional Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has 30 years’ career experience with a variety of companies from small independents, through SMEs to multinational corporations including several years as Managing Director Asia Pacific for a European technical consulting firm. He is a natural communicator and facilitator between technical and commercial disciplines and has spent his career developing lasting business relationships.
