Senior HR and Office Administrator
Tracey Searley joined BVG Associates in March 2012 to provide administrative support to our team of Project Managers. She is the primary contact for any office related enquiries.
She is based in our Cricklade office but her responsibilities span the whole of BVGA. She plays a key role in our project monitoring and improvement process, ensuring that projects are initiated, progressed and closed in the most effective way for both clients and BVGA alike.
Tracey has over 20 years secretarial and administrative experience and began her career as Junior Secretary working her way up to Executive Assistant via organisations such as Franklin Templeton Investments and St. James’s Place Wealth Management.
Tracey works across the Accounts department, HR and marketing functions to facilitate smoother working systems for the whole company.
