Tracey Searley joined BVG Associates in March 2012 to provide administrative support to our team of project managers. She plays a key role in supporting the HR Director with recruitment campaigns, managing the end-to-end recruitment administration including co-ordinating and attending Assessment Days.
She is based in our Cricklade office but her responsibilities span the whole of BVGA. Tracey plays a key role in our project monitoring and improvement process, ensuring that projects are initiated, progressed and closed in the most effective way for both clients and BVGA alike.
Tracey has over 20 years secretarial and administrative experience and began her career as Junior Secretary working her way up to Executive Assistant via organisations such as Franklin Templeton Investments and St. James’s Place Wealth Management.
