RenewableUK commissioned BVG Associates to undertake this Offshore wind forecasts of future costs and benefits study into the whole-life costs of offshore wind, producing forecasts out to 2022. This is intended to be a reference document for use by government, industry, investors and the public. It will also be used to brief banks and investors on developments in the offshore wind sector.
