Project Support and Quality Management Coordinator (2023 to present)

Tina Hartley joined the team in March 2023 as Project Support and Quality Management Coordinator.

Tina is an enthusiastic and energetic administrative professional with over 30 years’ experience, including a Purchasing and Inventory background. She takes a proactive approach to problem solving and resolution, and has well-developed analytical skills.

Tina provides project and quality management coordination support to our consultancy team.

She supports the team through proactively working with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget and that internal monitoring and review processes are completed effectively. She identifies and implements process improvements to make sure that we work as effectively and efficiently as possible.

She also actively engages with our QMS document authors to ensure documents are kept up to date and ensures our ISO 9001 certification is maintained.
