Overview
These offshore wind roadmaps form the core of The World Bank’s global programme to accelerate the development of offshore wind in emerging markets. We work with governments and stakeholders across regulatory, environmental, social and technical aspects to deliver robust recommendations to establish and grow offshore wind. We also co-authored keynote global report Key Factors for Successful Development of Offshore Wind in Emerging Markets.
