Overview

ETZ Ltd asked us to deliver an analysis of the offshore renewable energy innovation in north-east Scotland. This was to strengthen ETZ’s understanding of local Supply chain innovation support schemes and to shape future support the local supply chain.

Worley contributed specialist expertise on hydrogen and carbon capture, utilisation and storage.

Our work focused on:

  • Identifying key barriers to innovation for current and prospective offshore renewables businesses,
  • Mapping the existing support ecosystem, including funding and testing facilities, and
  • Recommending strategic actions for ETZ to address gaps and enhance its support offer.
