The UK content of operating UK wind farms was commissioned by The Crown Estate , on behalf of the Offshore Wind Programme Board, to develop a methodology to gather, report and analyse UK content data from UK offshore wind farms. The “methodology” was adopted in November 2014 and the methodology was published in May 2015 alongside guidance from RenewableUK on the purpose, requirement, timing and publication of data.
