Overview
To secure seabed acreage in The Crown Estate’s Round 5 Leasing process, our client required an assessment of workforce requirements and regional capabilities. BVG Associates, supported by recruitment specialists Taylor Hopkinson, delivered this analysis.
We mapped out the workforce needed across all major project phases. We identified recruitment bottlenecks and regional training capabilities. We also competition for Celtic Sea jobs from other infrastructure projects. This enabled our client’s workforce strategy to align with regional capabilities and project ambitions.
