Overview

Milford Haven Port Authority (MHPA) wanted to redevelop the Pembroke Dock area to become hub for floating offshore wind. We partnered with MHPA to gain support from the Floating Offshore Wind Manufacturing Investment Scheme. Our work focused on analysing the floating wind market and building a robust port business case for government investment.
