Overview

Our client asked us to assess the viability of submitting a competitive bid in the Sørlige Nordsjø II offshore wind auction.

In collaboration with specialist subcontractors, we led a series of workshops with the client’s bid team. Together, we explored the Norwegian offshore wind landscape, regulatory context, project competitiveness, and business case development. We also examined risk management strategies. This included the potential application of Monte Carlo simulation to quantify bidding risks.

We enabled the client to make an evidence-based decision about its Sørlige Nordsjø auction participation.
